Printable potluck pack

Four free, ungated browser-printable HTML pages. Write on the printed blanks; entries are not saved, submitted or shared automatically. One person must update every paper copy.

Print at 100%, portrait, US Letter or A4, with browser headers and footers off. Page 1 is the blank shared list; page 2 is a fictional example; pages 3–4 stay with the host/helper. Select the pages you need.

You can also use your browser's Print command (Ctrl+P or Command+P), or its Save as PDF option if available.

Worked change: Sam cancels

Initially: 4 requested ice bags − 3 confirmed bags = 1 bag remaining. Remove Sam's 1-bag pledge. Avery now covers 2 bags: 4 − 2 = 2 bags remaining.

Other checks: 6 − 4 = 2 chairs; 2 − 2 = 0 pairs of tongs; 2 − 1 = 1 salad bowl; 3 − 3 = 0 loaves. Do not combine different units.

Date the corrected list, remove the canceled pledge and tell helpers which version to use. Paper never updates itself.
