Who publishes this blog

InviteBird is the author and publisher of this collection. We make digital invitations and hosting tools, so we have a commercial interest in readers choosing our product. Product links are identified by what they do. A host can use the planning advice with other tools.

How the first collection was written

These launch guides were prepared and checked against a written brief for useful examples, clear wording, consistency and existing product-help destinations. They do not claim a human expert byline, firsthand accounts of parties, or independent expert review. The review date records this editorial check.

The digital illustrations were inspected against the guide. They are teaching illustrations, not customer photographs, screenshots or downloadable invitation designs. Essential labels, dates and instructions remain in readable page text.

Examples and recommendations

Names, addresses, venues, costs and dates in worked examples are fictional and labeled as examples. They are not customer stories or testimonials. Planning intervals and suggested wording are recommendations to adapt, rather than universal etiquette rules or promises of a particular response rate.

Your own venue, supplier terms, accessibility needs, guest preferences and budget take priority over an illustrative plan. Confirm real commitments directly with the people providing them.

What we check and update

For each guide, we check that the opening answers its host question, examples agree with the surrounding advice, internal product links have a corresponding destination, and the visible publication and review dates agree with page metadata. We update the review date when we materially recheck or revise a guide; a deployment alone does not create a new review date.

The blog covers celebrations, wording and etiquette for hosts, guests and card senders. Product instructions live in Help & FAQ. When pricing or product behavior matters, guides point to the current product or help page rather than presenting an illustrative figure as the current offer.
