The honest fine print
Good questions.
What counts as a .edu email?
Any address ending in .edu, plus the international .edu.<country> forms such as .edu.au or .edu.pk. Other academic domains — .ac.uk, for example, or a custom district domain — are not detected automatically; write to info@invitebird.com and we will sort you out.
What does the 25% apply to?
The per-event plans and plan upgrades — the pricing ladder itself. It does not apply to gift cards. Everything else about the event is included in the plan already.
Does it stack with a coupon or referral code?
No. The education discount and a promo code never stack — checkout keeps whichever saves you more and drops the other, so you always get the bigger saving and are never double-charged.
Is it really automatic?
Yes. The discount is read from your account email on the server at checkout and shown as a line item before you pay — there is no code to enter and no request to file.
