Delivery receipts
Read provider delivery reports for each invitation, and spot a bounced address before you follow up.
Always current
Track RSVPs online with attending, maybe, declined and awaiting replies together on your guest list. See party sizes, plus-ones and meal choices, record an answer someone gave you by phone, and follow up with the people who still haven't replied. Replies are saved to your event; open or reload the Guests tab to read the latest list.
The living list
Replies save against the right guest — attending, declined or still thinking — with their party size and the details you asked for. Open or reload your Guests tab to see the latest list, and use the counts to find people who still owe you an answer. The bell lets you know when new replies arrive while your host desk is open.
Beyond the headcount
Read provider delivery reports for each invitation, and spot a bounced address before you follow up.
Recorded email opens offer a hint, not proof someone read the invitation. Mail privacy tools can generate opens; the reply is the clearer signal.
Set reminders for guests still awaiting a reply, or send your own nudge when you're ready.
The RSVP can carry meal picks, song requests, poll votes and a personal note — all collected while they reply.
The response funnel
The Analytics tab brings delivery reports, recorded email opens, replies, attendance and check-ins into one funnel. See where invitations stand and open the guests still awaiting a reply to follow up. Email opens depend on the recipient's mail app, and texts don't report opens, so these reports aren't a receipt proving someone read your invitation.
The week before the party should be about the party — not about texting twelve people 'did you get my invite?'
Room control
Hosting somewhere with a hard limit? Set a maximum headcount so new attending parties can't push past it. When the event is full, guests can register interest for you to follow up if space opens. This venue cap is separate from your paid plan's guest allowance: the plan's cushion doesn't make extra room at the venue.
Every reply, one place
A live headcount, meal picks and plus-ones — your whole guest list stays tidy from first reply to final total.

Common questions
No — guests tap the invitation link and reply right there. No sign-up, no download, nothing in the way of a yes.
Yes, while your event is accepting replies. Guests reopen their RSVP to update their answer or permitted party size, and can change meals until any meal-choice deadline you set. Their saved changes appear when you next view the list.
You can see provider delivery reports and recorded email opens. Treat an open as a hint: some mail apps generate it automatically, and texts never report opens. These events don't prove someone read or missed the invitation; use their RSVP to know their answer.
You set how many additional guests someone may bring. Their RSVP records the actual party size, with names when they supply them, so those people count toward your headcount and can be included in seating.
New attending parties can't exceed the maximum headcount you set. When it's full, guests can register interest; you follow up if space opens. That venue cap is separate from your plan's paid guest limit and its cushion.
Yes — co-hosts share the same live list, replies and reminders. Only you, the owner, control the money and the event itself; co-hosts can view the plan and receipts, just not buy upgrades or change them.
Yes. Add your QR code or short invitation link to the printed card, and guests scan or type it to open your invitation and reply online. Their responses drop into the same live list as your digital guests, so paper and screen all count together.
