Import from anywhere
Bring your list over from Evite, Paperless Post, Punchbowl, Greenvelope, RSVPify or Google Contacts — or any plain CSV. Matching guests are caught, so nobody lands on your list twice.
The whole list
Manage your wedding or party guest list in one place: add guests by hand, choose saved contacts, or import a CSV from your spreadsheet or another invitation service. Group guests with tags, read their responses and export the list for the venue. Importing only builds your list; sending invitations is a separate step, so nobody is contacted by the upload.

The living list
Type a guest in, tap one from your saved contacts, or reuse a list from a past event — however they arrive, they land on one tidy list. Everyone you've invited before is saved to your contacts automatically, so the second event is quicker than the first. Every reply files itself against the right name, so a glance tells you who's in, who's out, and who still owes you an answer.
Built to scale
The longer the list, the harder these earn their keep.
Bring your list over from Evite, Paperless Post, Punchbowl, Greenvelope, RSVPify or Google Contacts — or any plain CSV. Matching guests are caught, so nobody lands on your list twice.
Tag guests any way you think of them — family, work, the college crew — then filter to a group to manage or message just those people.
Attending, maybe, awaiting or declined — every guest wears their current answer, with delivery and open receipts sitting right alongside.
Download clean, branded PDFs — your guest list, the seating chart, the song list and your matching print bundle — for the caterer, the venue, or the fridge.
A guest list isn't a spreadsheet you dread opening — it's the party, taking shape one yes at a time.
Groups
Tag guests into the groups that match how you actually think about them — the family table, the work crowd, the plus-one-free crowd — then filter to a group and reach just those people. No more messaging two hundred when only twelve need the parking note.
Your people, organized
Import contacts, track responses and manage every guest — no spreadsheet, no guesswork.

Common questions
No. You build the list; your guests reply straight from the invitation with no sign-up and nothing to install. They just need a name plus an email or a phone number so you can reach them.
Yes. Upload a plain CSV, or an export from Evite, Paperless Post, Punchbowl, Greenvelope, RSVPify or Google Contacts — InviteBird recognizes the format for you. Guests already on your list are skipped, so a re-upload never duplicates anyone.
No. Importing only builds your list — nobody is contacted until you send invitations. If your event is already live, the import summary gives you a shortcut to message just the guests you added.
Give guests a tag like Family or Work, and that tag becomes a filter across your list — sort by it, manage a group on its own, or send a message to only that group from the Messages tab.
Yes. Co-hosts share the same live list and can add, import, edit and remove guests right alongside you. Only you, the owner, control the money and the event itself; co-hosts can view the plan and receipts, just not buy upgrades or change them.
Your plan is sized by headcount, and it only applies once you've sent. You can import a bigger list any time — InviteBird brings in everyone who fits and holds the rest until a one-step upgrade makes room. Every plan adds a free 10-guest cushion.
