Whole parties, together
A guest and everyone they're bringing seat as one group with a single tap, so couples and families never get split by accident.
Everyone in their place
Make a seating chart for your wedding or party: create tables, place guests and their additional guests, then download charts and place cards for the venue. Guests can find their table by name from your invitation or a QR sign at the door. You choose when that lookup opens, and changes appear on their next search.

Build the room
Start with a one-tap layout that fits your headcount — roughly a table for every eight guests — or add tables by hand. Name them, size them up to forty seats, pick a shape from round to sweetheart to head table, then drag each guest onto a table. Drag with a mouse, or press and hold a name on a phone or tablet — or just tap Seat and pick a table. Every move can be undone.
The moves that save you
A guest and everyone they're bringing seat as one group with a single tap, so couples and families never get split by accident.
Squeeze an extra chair onto a full table and you get a gentle flag, never a block — seat the room the way the day will really run.
The plan follows who's coming: a guest who declines is set aside from the headcount and the seating math, and a guest who replies with a different party size changes the seats you need — up or down.
The best seating chart is the one you never have to explain — guests just walk in and find their own name.
At the venue
Post a QR sign at the door and guests scan, type their name, and see their table in seconds — no app, no login, and only ever their own table and their own party. When you want print, download a seating chart for the venue, a welcome-table list for the door, place cards four to a page, and table-number signs dressed in your invitation's art.
A seat for everyone
Arrange tables with a drag and a drop, then help guests find their seats when the day arrives.

Common questions
They type their name into a Find Your Seat page — reached by scanning a QR sign at the door, tapping the Find your table button on the invitation, or using the door tablet — and see their table in seconds. No app, no login, and a search only returns their own table and the people in their own party.
Yes, on any device. With a mouse, drag a name straight onto a table, or drag a whole party to keep them together. On a phone or tablet, press and hold a name until it lifts, then drag it onto a table. Prefer not to drag? Tap Seat beside a name and choose a table.
A seating chart that lists each guest once, grouped by table (with each guest's meal and dietary note), a welcome-table list in A to Z order, place cards four to a page in table order, table-number signs styled with your invitation art, a seating spreadsheet, and the Find Your Seat QR sign for the door.
Nothing to reprint or resend for the lookup. The guest seat-finder always reflects your current plan, so a move shows up on the next search instantly. Reprint the venue chart only if you want a fresh paper copy.
Yes. Smart seating drafts tables for everyone who said yes — tagged groups like Family or College first, then households, then everyone else, filling open seats before opening new tables. You pick 6, 8, 10 or 12 people per table and can include guests who haven't confirmed. It's an ordinary first draft you can rearrange however you like.
Yes. You choose when guests can see their table: right away, from the morning of the event, or never, if you'd rather tell them in person. Printed place cards, table signs and charts always show every table.
No — it's included on every plan, and turning it off keeps your tables and assignments saved. You're billed by guest count when you send, not by seating.
