Share the invitation
The Share dialog gives you a live code guests scan off your screen and a printable one for a sign or a card — either way it opens your invitation and lets them RSVP.
One scan
Print an invitation QR code so guests can open your event and RSVP online. Separate codes collect photos for your approval, help guests look up their table by name, or open the event-day view. One phone camera, the right destination, no app to install — with your event password still required on protected invitation and seat-finder pages.

Three jobs, one square
InviteBird makes separate QR codes for different moments. One opens your invitation for guests to RSVP. One opens the photo upload page, where photos wait for your approval. One opens Find Your Seat, where guests type their name to look up their own party's tables. Download print-ready signs dressed in your event's artwork, so they look like part of the decor.
Where each one goes
The Share dialog gives you a live code guests scan off your screen and a printable one for a sign or a card — either way it opens your invitation and lets them RSVP.
Stand the photo QR on the tables. Guests scan, pick photos, and their snaps land in your review queue — one per table, one by the guest book, and the album fills itself.
Post the Find Your Seat sign at the door. A guest scans, types their name, and sees their own party's tables — never the whole chart, always your latest plan, and only once you've let guests see tables. Password-protected events ask for the password first.
On event day, the door QR opens a pocket-sized welcome desk — check-in, the menu, the schedule and the photo drop — so the whole party runs from their own screen. If you switch on door passes, each guest also gets a personal pass in their confirmation email: one look at the door checks their whole party in.
The best technology at a party is the kind nobody notices — you point a camera at a pretty card, and you're already there.
The album
The upload QR is the quiet workhorse of the night. Guests scan the sign on their table, choose a few photos, add their name, and send — no app, no account, and with the open setting, no sign-in. Everything waits in your review queue, so nothing reaches the album until you say yes.
One scan in
Check guests in, share the photo wall and open the details — all from one tidy QR code.

Common questions
No. Any phone's camera opens a QR code straight in the browser — there's nothing to install. With the default settings, sharing the invitation and adding photos need no account either.
Yes. Each one downloads as a print-ready PDF styled with your event's name and artwork, so it sits on a table looking like decor rather than an office notice. Print as many as you like.
The link encoded in each sign stays the same for the life of your event. What guests can do depends on your settings: the invitation must be live, photo uploads must be open with active album hosting, and tables must be released for the seat-finder to show them.
No. A guest scans, types their name, and sees only their own table and the tables for named people in their party — never the full chart or anyone's contact details. Password-protected events ask for the password first. A last-minute move shows up on the next lookup with nothing to reprint.
Anything uploaded still waits for your approval, an automated safety check screens images, and you can switch uploads to invited-guests-only any time. Nothing appears until you approve it.
That's exactly what the share code is for. Print the invitation QR on your paper card or a table sign, and guests scan it to open your invitation and RSVP online — no app to install. Their replies land in the same guest list as everyone else's, so there's nothing separate to reconcile.
