What counts toward my plan?
Guests at the door. We size plans by how many guests you expect — plus-ones included — and every plan carries a 10-guest cushion, free, so a few surprise guests never lock you out.
When do I pay?
At send. Design, build your list, and preview everything free — your card is only charged when the invitations actually go out.
What if more people come than my plan holds?
You start with a free 10-guest cushion over your plan. Past that the guest list pauses, and you can move up a size for just the difference to reopen it — nothing is re-charged, and your sent invitations are untouched.
How long does the photo album last?
A full year from send, included. After that, keep it live for a small yearly amount — or download everything first. We warn you well ahead; nothing renews by itself.
How do business plans count events?
One send is one event. Every event on a business plan carries unlimited guests, and albums stay live as long as the plan does.
Are any features held back on smaller plans?
No. Every feature ships with every size — the number of guests is the only dial.
Can I share InviteBird with a friend?
