After the party

A shared event photo album from everyone's phone.

Create a shared event photo album where guests add photos by link or QR code and you approve their uploads. Choose who can view and contribute, then download the album as a ZIP when you want a copy. Paid personal events include room for 100 photos and a year of hosting from send, with options for a larger album or longer hosting.

The shared album

Everyone's camera roll, one wall.

Instead of chasing photos across group chats, gather them into a single wall — your pictures and your guests' side by side, with a caption and the name behind each upload. Paid personal events include room for a hundred photos and a year of hosting from send. Business-event albums hold 500 photos while the subscription stays active.

  • Host and guest photos in one place
  • A caption and a name on every shot
  • Personal paid events: a hundred photos and a year of hosting

In your hands

A shared album that stays yours.

Open enough for every cousin to join in, controlled enough to sleep easy.

You approve guest photos

Nothing a guest sends appears until you tap approve, and rejecting a photo removes it for good. An automated check screens each upload too, and guests can quietly report anything that's off.

Two privacy dials

Set who can see the album and who can add to it, separately — keep viewing to your people (guests sign in with the email they RSVP'd with) while leaving uploads open to the room, or lock both down.

Add your own photos

Host uploads go straight into the album. Rotate or crop them, reorder the wall, or switch viewing off. Photos stay available through your hosting period and the download grace window.

Download it all

Save the available photos as a single ZIP before your hosting and download window ends — a copy you keep on your own device.

Most invitation tools stop at the RSVP. InviteBird keeps going — through the thank-you notes, the shared album, and the keepsake you hold onto.

After the party is still the party

Fill it from the tables

A quick scan, and it's in.

Print the album's QR sign for the tables and guests add up to 30 photos at a time in a few taps — no app, no account. Phones shrink big photos automatically, each one shows when it's sent, and any that fail can be retried. The uploads keep coming after the party too, so the shot someone took at midnight still finds its way home. Drop the link in the group chat the morning after and watch the stragglers arrive.

  • Guests scan and upload — no sign-up
  • Works after the party, not only during
  • Or share the plain link in your group chat

After the party

Ends after the thank-you notes.

  1. A thank-you goes out

A matching thank-you card, styled like your invitation, goes out to everyone who came — and InviteBird Magic can draft the warm note inside it for you.

  2. A page to revisit

A warm "thank you for coming" page gathers the night — the shared album, every shot from the live photo wall included, the poll results, the trivia podium — for guests to revisit whenever they like.

  3. Saved as a keepsake

Download the whole album at full quality, or add the keepsake bundle to preserve the set — the guest book, a bigger album, another year online.

Everyone's camera roll

Every photo, gathered.

Guests upload their shots to one shared album — the whole day, from every angle, in one place.

Common questions

Good to know.

Do guests need an app or an account to add photos?

No. With the default settings guests scan the QR sign, pick up to 30 photos at a time, add a name and send — no app, no login. Only the stricter "invited guests only" upload setting asks for a sign-in.

Is the album private?

It's yours to set. New albums start as "just our people" — visible to you, your co-hosts and guests who said yes, who sign in with the email they RSVP'd with — and you can open it to anyone with the link whenever sharing calls for it.

What stops an unwanted photo from showing?

Three things: nothing a guest uploads appears until you approve it, an automated check screens every image, and guests can report anything from the album. You can remove any photo at any time, and rejecting one in the review queue removes it for good.

Does the album cost extra?

Paid personal events include room for a hundred photos and a year of hosting from send. A larger photo pack, extra hosting and the keepsake bundle cost extra, with prices shown before purchase. Business-event albums include room for 500 photos while the subscription is active.

How long do the photos stay up?

For a paid personal event, hosting includes a year from send. Renewal is your choice; after hosting ends the guest album goes offline, with 90 days to download before unrenewed photos are removed. Business-event hosting follows the active subscription. A ZIP downloaded to your own device is yours to keep.

Can co-hosts help manage the photos?

Yes. Co-hosts can approve uploads, add photos and run the album alongside you. Only you, the owner, control the money and the event itself; co-hosts can view the plan and receipts, and are asked to check with you rather than buy upgrades or renewals.

Ready when you are
