Measure the whole thing

The whole story, measured to the door.

Most tools go quiet the moment a guest replies. InviteBird keeps counting — invited, delivered, opened, replied, attending, checked in — one honest funnel that shows where guests pause and who to nudge, every figure read from real records rather than an estimate.

Invite to front door

One funnel, invite to front door.

Analytics draws your whole send as a single funnel: Invited, Delivered, Opened, Replied, Attending, Checked in. Each stage shows its count, its share of the guest list, and its share of the step before — messaging, reply and arrival signals side by side. Most tools stop measuring at the reply; this one follows the story all the way to who walked through the door.

  • Six stages: invited, delivered, opened, replied, attending, checked in
  • Every stage shows its share and step-to-step conversion
  • Messaging, reply and arrival signals side by side
  • Follows through to who actually checked in on the day

Numbers you can trust

Honest by design.

The funnel only ever shows what it can truly measure — and says so plainly where it can't.

Opens are email-only

Email invitations report when they're opened; a text or a link simply can't. Those guests move straight from delivered to replied, and the Opened row tells you why — and that an open is a hint, not proof, because some mail apps report one on their own.

Real records, no estimates

Every count comes from actual delivery receipts and replies, and reads the same data as your guest list. Party counts and people headcounts (plus-ones included) are labeled separately, so you always know which one you're reading.

Email vs text, side by side

A channel split shows how your guests were reached — email, text, or link — and how each channel is pulling replies. Texts don't report opens, so open status is labeled as email-only.

Walk-ins stay visible

Guests who reply through a shared link, without ever being invited directly, appear as their own Via link rows — so their answers count without bending your delivered and opened percentages.

A reply was never the finish line — attendance is. The number that truly matters is who walked in, and it should be the last bar on the chart, not a mystery you're left to guess at.

From invited all the way to checked in

From number to names

From the numbers to the names.

A funnel you can only look at is half a tool. Under it sits every guest, one row each, with filters for exactly the people worth a nudge — delivered but not opened, opened but no reply, no reply yet, bounced. From any of those lists, Remind non-responders opens your guest list on the same people, where a reminder goes only to the guests who haven't answered.

  • Every guest's delivery, open, reply and check-in, one row each
  • Filter chips: delivered-not-opened, opened-no-reply, no reply yet, bounced
  • Remind non-responders opens the matching guest list

Common questions

Good to know.

Where do I find my event's analytics?

Open Analytics from your event — in the top row next to Home, Guests and Messages, or as a card in your Home toolkit on a phone. You can also jump there from the Full funnel link on the Guests tab.

Why can a later stage show more guests than an earlier one?

Because opens are email-only. Guests reached by text or a shared link reply without an open ever being recorded, so the Replied count can sit higher than Opened. It's expected, not a glitch.

Are the numbers estimates?

No. Every figure comes from real delivery receipts and RSVPs, and reads the same data as your guest list. Party counts (one per guest-list row) and people headcounts (plus-ones counted) are labeled separately. The numbers are current when the page loads — refresh for the latest.

Can I see who to remind, not just how many?

Yes. Under the funnel, every guest has a row, and the filter chips — delivered-not-opened, opened-no-reply, no reply yet — double as action lists. Remind non-responders opens your guest list on those same people, where a reminder goes only to guests who haven't answered.

Does it track guests I invited by link or added offline?

Their replies, attendance and check-ins all count, but there's no per-guest delivery or open receipt for them — a link or an offline add can't report those. They show in the channel split under link / offline.

Does the funnel show anything after the party?

Yes. Once the event's over, an After the event panel adds the real afterglow — photos shared to the album and thank-yous sent — so the story closes on the memories, not just the RSVPs.
