Dear boss,

Good management is mostly invisible: the meetings you absorbed, the fires we never heard about, the times you took the blame and passed on the credit. We noticed all of it. Thank you.

With genuine respect,

Thanks, boss.

Officially commended.

Letterpress Commendation Boss Day card: a green laurel seal, a fountain pen flourish and a red wax seal with a ribbon

About this card

A round embossed seal of green laurel sits on a deckled white disc in the middle of a cream sunburst, with a fountain pen signing a looping flourish beneath it and a red wax seal with a gold star and gold ribbon at the lower right. Gold confetti drifts across. The lettering reads "Thanks, boss." and "Officially commended." The laurel presses in, the pen signs and the wax seal stamps down. It is a seal Boss's Day card styled as a formal letterpress commendation, for a manager or mentor, from one person or the team. Add their name and a message inside, pick music or record your voice, and send it by email or text now or on the day.
