Everyone at once

The whole room, looking up together.

Some moments deserve more than a quiet update on your dashboard. Reveal the trivia answers, crown the guest who guessed best, or draw the raffle — and the big screen at the front takes it over while the same moment appears in every hand in the room. One tap from you. A hundred faces turning at once.

Guests at a party looking up at a glowing screen together as a winner is announced
  • One tap, every screen
  • One winner, everywhere
  • Nobody refreshes anything

Three moments

The parts of the night worth a hush.

Which of these you get depends on what your event has set up — a game you haven't built simply has no button.

Reveal the answers

The trivia answers go up on the big screen, and every guest who played sees their own score on their own phone. Revealed too soon? The same button hides them again.

Crown the champion

Your occasion's games settle in front of everyone — Guess the birthday star once you've entered today's answers, Guess the jar, This or that's room split — with the closest guesser on top. Who knows {name} best gets its own reveal: one question at a time, the honoree's own voice as the answer. At a shower, the screen shows how the room guessed; baby predictions score themselves when the baby arrives.

Draw the raffle

The wheel spins on the big screen and in every hand at the same time, and lands on the winner. The prize is already assigned; the room just gets the ceremony.

One winner, everywhere

The draw that can't disagree with itself.

Here's the bit that makes a raffle feel real rather than fiddly: the winner is decided once, on our side, the moment you tap Draw — before a single wheel starts turning. Every screen is then told who won and spins to that same name. So the kiosk and the phone in the back corner land on the same person, at the same time, and nobody is quietly holding a different answer.

  • The winner is settled before the spinning starts
  • Every screen lands on the same name
  • Join halfway through and you land with everyone
  • Look up late and you see the result, not a re-spin

A party moment isn't a notification. It's fifty people going quiet at the same second — and that only works if every screen is telling the same story.

One tap. The whole room.

Nothing to hand out

No app, no code, nothing to explain.

Guests don't join anything. Whoever has the event-day page open on their phone — the one they got by scanning the QR at the door — simply sees the moment arrive. Screens check in on their own and speed up while something's playing, so a reveal reaches the room within seconds of your tap, wherever people are standing. If the venue wifi hiccups, a screen holds its last picture and catches up when it returns.

  • Guests use the page they already have open
  • Reveals arrive within seconds — no refreshing
  • A shaky connection catches up by itself
  • The controls stay on your signed-in dashboard

You stay in charge

Yours to start, and yours to end.

  1. Tap, then confirm

Every moment asks you once before it goes out, so a pocket-tap can't reveal the answers halfway through dinner.

  2. See what's showing

While something is up, your controls show On the big screen now with the moment's name — so you always know what the room is looking at.

  3. Clear the screen

One tap takes the room back to the welcome tiles without un-revealing anything. The answers stay revealed, the winner stays won — the spotlight just ends.

Common questions

Good to know.

Can a guest reveal the answers or draw the raffle?

No. These controls live on your own signed-in dashboard, which guests can never reach. The copies on the kiosk itself sit behind your 4-digit kiosk passcode, so even a guest holding the tablet can't spoil anything.

How fast do guests' phones catch up?

Within seconds. The kiosk and guests' phones check for a live moment on their own and speed up while one is playing — nobody taps refresh, and nobody has to be told to look at their phone.

What if someone opens their phone after the raffle has already been drawn?

They see the settled winner, not a fresh spin of their own. The result was decided once, so a late screen shows the outcome rather than restarting the ceremony with a different answer.

Can I draw more than one winner?

Yes. Each tap draws another winner from the tickets still in the pool, and prizes are awarded in the order you listed them. Earlier winners stay won and stay out of the next draw.

What does clearing the big screen actually do?

It ends the spotlight and returns the kiosk to its tiles. It doesn't take anything back — revealed answers stay revealed, and the raffle winner stays drawn. To hide a reveal, use its own button again.

Is there a record of what I revealed and when?

Yes. Every reveal, hide, draw and clear is written to your event with the time and who did it, and it's still there the next morning — useful for the photographer's timeline as much as your own memory.

Does this cost extra?

No. The moments come with the games you've already set up, on any plan. You're billed by guest count when you send your invitations, never per feature.
