Send it early
Rather not wait for the clock? The band's Send now button delivers immediately, and everything proceeds exactly as a same-day send would.
Set it and step back
Not every invitation should go out the second you finish it. Choose the date and time it should land — in your own time zone — pay once at checkout just as you would today, and step away. The only thing that waits is the delivery. No reminder to yourself, no coming back to press a button.

On the send step
When your design and guest list are ready, the send step asks one question: when should it go out? Pick Schedule for… instead of Send now, set the date and time you have in mind, and check out. It's the same single payment as sending today — only the delivery is held back, waiting for the hour you chose.
Start to finish
On the final send step, pick Schedule for… and set when it should go out — at least about ten minutes ahead, and no later than your event's start.
Agree to the terms and check out — the same one-time payment as sending today. The send never charges you a second time when it fires.
A Sends… band appears on your Host Desk and Guests tab — Sends Fri, Jul 25 · 6:00 PM — with Send now and Cancel schedule always a tap away.
At your chosen time the invitations go out on their own, and everything that follows a normal send — replies, receipts, reminders — begins right then.
Nothing is locked in
A schedule is a plan, not a commitment — right until the moment it fires.
Rather not wait for the clock? The band's Send now button delivers immediately, and everything proceeds exactly as a same-day send would.
Cancel the schedule and your event drops back to a draft — fully editable — with your payment still on it, ready to send or reschedule whenever you like.
A new time is just cancel-and-pick-again: reopen the send step or use the band, choose a fresh date and time, and you're set.
Cancel the whole event before it fires and the schedule is voided with it — every pending message stopped, so the invitation simply never goes out.
The best time to send is rarely the moment you happen to finish. Set the hour it should arrive, and let the evening you picked do the sending for you.
After it fires
A scheduled invitation is no lesser thing. The instant it goes out it behaves exactly like one you sent by hand — replies land live, delivery and open receipts fill in, and reminders begin chasing the guests who stay quiet. And your guests never see a trace of the timing behind it; to them, it simply arrived.
Right on schedule
Pick the moment your invitation goes out — checkout settles now, delivery waits for the day and minute you chose.

When you schedule. You check out once, right then — the same single payment as sending today — and only the delivery waits for the time you picked. The send itself never charges you a second time.
Any time before it goes out. A Sends… band on your Host Desk lets you send immediately or cancel the schedule, which drops the event back to an editable draft with your payment still on it. Rescheduling is simply cancel and pick a new time.
Yours. You pick the date and time in your own time zone and it reads back the same way — for example, Sends Fri, Jul 25 · 6:00 PM. Guests in other time zones still receive it at that exact moment.
From about ten minutes out to any time before your event starts. A send set just ten or fifteen minutes ahead even makes a handy undo — a short window to change your mind before it goes.
No. A scheduled invitation arrives exactly like one sent by hand — same email or text, same RSVP link — with no hint of the timing behind it.
The schedule is voided along with it and the invitation never goes out. Canceling an event stops all of its pending messages, scheduled sends included.
