Your actual voice

A hello in your own voice.

Record a short greeting from the event desk in seconds, and the moment guests open your invitation a "press play" card puts your voice first — before the design. The warmth of a phone call, with none of the phone tag. Re-record it whenever you like.

Recorded in seconds

Press record, say hello.

Open the Voice note tab, allow your microphone, and speak — a quick hello, an inside joke, a heartfelt few words, up to 30 seconds. It saves the moment you stop; listen back and record again if you want a second take. Nothing is captured until you tap record.

  • One short recording, straight from the event desk
  • Listen back and re-record until it's right
  • Switch it off any time — your recording is kept

What guests hear

A message that greets them at the door.

Before the invitation

When a guest opens your link, a "Message from the host" card appears first — a play button for your voice, then a Continue button through to the card. Nothing plays until they press it.

Once, never nagging

The card shows a single time per visit, so it never nags — and guests can replay your greeting from the invitation whenever they want to hear it again.

Polite around a song

Set a custom song too and the song waits while your greeting plays, then carries on when it ends. They never talk over each other.

A typed line says you're invited. A voice says I want you there — and guests can hear the difference.

Included with every plan

Part of the whole

Not a link — part of the invitation.

The voice note lives inside the invitation itself, right alongside your design, your details and the RSVP. There's no separate recording to send, no attachment to chase down — guests meet your voice and your event in one place, on one page.

  • No separate file or link to send
  • Sits with the design, details and RSVP
  • Guests can replay it whenever they revisit

Say it out loud

Your voice, on the card.

Record a warm hello and tuck it right into the invitation — some things are better heard than read.

Common questions

Good to know.

When do guests hear the voice note?

The moment they open your invitation, a "Message from the host" card appears before the invitation itself, with a play button and a Continue button through to your card. Your greeting plays when they press play — never on its own. The card shows once per visit, and they can replay it from the invitation afterward.

How do I record it?

Open the Voice note tab, allow your browser to use the microphone, and press record — up to 30 seconds. It saves the moment you stop; listen back and re-record if you want another take. Nothing is captured until you tap record.

Can I change or remove it later?

Yes. Re-record from the same tab to replace it, delete it, or switch the voice note off — turning it off hides it from guests but keeps your recording, so you can turn it back on any time.

Can I have a voice note and a song?

Yes, both at once. The song pauses while your greeting plays and carries on afterward — they take turns rather than overlapping.

The record button isn't working — what's wrong?

It's almost always microphone permission. When your browser asks, choose Allow; if you blocked it before, re-enable the microphone in your browser's site settings and reload. Check your device isn't muted and the right mic is selected.

Does a voice note cost extra?

No — it's included with every plan. You're billed by your guest count when you send, not by the features you switch on.
