About this design
This paper-craft baby shower invitation is folded from the card's own world: a white origami stork and a baby swaddled in a blue geometric bundle, built from crisp paper folds and soft shadows. The guest page keeps the craft aesthetic in every layer. The honoree's name opens in a chunky rounded display face while a fold crease draws itself across the warm paper plate that frames the card, and four colored tapes hold it in place like a handmade collage. Above it, pennant bunting sways gently and paper triangles drift up the screen in soft blues, creams and tans. The countdown runs in folded paper tabs — days, hours, minutes and seconds ticking toward the big day with a little pop on every change — and the details read like a paper craft ledger with folded icons: calendar, map pin, envelope, bow and parking badge. The origami stork unfolds onto the RSVP card, where guests reply yes, no or maybe right on the page.
It is made for a baby shower, but the paper-craft look suits any new-baby celebration, a gender-neutral baby shower, or a handmade-style party where the invitation itself feels like a keepsake. Everything is digital, so hosts can change the name, date, time and venue in minutes, and guests get an online invitation with a live countdown, an embedded map, directions and an add-to-calendar button. RSVP is built in with no phone calls to chase, and dress code and parking notes travel with the invite so nothing is left to guesswork.
A practical hosting tip: send the invitation a month out and let the folded-tab countdown carry the excitement — the handmade paper aesthetic photographs beautifully in the group chat, and a countdown that pops with each second keeps the shower on everyone's mind right up to the day.
