About this design
A birthday invitation that reads like a hand-drawn carnival poster, sketched in crayon on notebook paper. This fairground theme is built from five crayon primaries, thick ink outlines, hard sticker shadows, and a red margin rule running down the page like a real school sketchbook. The name is set in a flowing marker-style script, the age appears as an oversized crayon numeral with a chunky ink outline, and every section card is a coloured sticker with a ticket-perforation border. A bunting canopy waves across the top, confetti and star sparkles drift through the air, and the countdown title glows in rainbow marquee lights. The details rows carry a commissioned set of carnival icons — a starred calendar, a ticket clock, a striped big top, a sealed envelope, a party hat and a parking roundel — all drawn in the same waxy hand. The countdown tiles are perforated ticket stubs strung with festival lights, ticking live against the event's own date and time. The reply card closes on an admission ticket guarded by a ringmaster monkey mascot that pops when tapped, beside a red wax seal stamped with the honoree's initial. A quick-link dock keeps the card, the countdown, the fairgrounds and the reply one thumb-tap away, and the venue card pairs a sketched map with one-tap directions and add-to-calendar buttons. Invite guests by email or text, collect yes-no-maybe replies, and count down to the big show. Every element is customizable after purchase: swap the name, date, venue and message, or restyle the palette to any party colours.
