About this design
This hand-drawn crayon doodle 3rd birthday invitation is built around one oversized crayon-colored 3, scribbled in wax-orange on white paper with the honoree's name in a thick script just above it. The page that follows treats the invitation like the cover of a sketchbook: the card sits on an orange offset mat held by washi tape, with a hand-drawn balloon, a magnifying glass and a crayon stub resting at the corners. The palette is the card's own four crayon colors — crayon orange, sky blue, purple and sunshine yellow — on warm white paper, so the whole page reads as one child's drawing rather than a template. Section titles carry hand-drawn squiggle rules, the countdown cells are colored sticker chips that flash when the digits change, and the reply form sits on a torn notebook page with a crayon RSVP stamp. Typography pairs the brushy Grand Hotel script (the same thick textured lettering the card uses) with rounded Fredoka titles and Caveat kickers that read like pencil notes. It suits a 3rd birthday, an art or craft party, a doodle or coloring theme, or any celebration where crayons are the invitation itself. The page includes a live countdown to the party, the full date, time and venue details with a map, dress code and parking rows, and a one-tap RSVP guests can answer with yes, no or maybe. Because everything is a slot, a host can personalize the name, date, venue and deadline without touching the design. A practical tip for hosts: set the RSVP deadline about a week before the party so you have time to count crayon boxes and order the cake.
