About this design
This boho third birthday invitation celebrates a wild little one with a soft watercolor palette of terracotta, sage green, blush pink, sand and warm gold on a cream paper ground. The card design centers on a layered watercolor rainbow arch — bands of terracotta, sage, blush and sand decorated with delicate hand-painted dots and tile patterns — rising behind an oversized serif numeral three in deep terracotta. The widely spaced serif lettering Wild and Free sits across the top of the card, the honoree name flows beneath the rainbow in large monoline calligraphy, and the date, time, venue and RSVP line are set in all-caps serif with wide tracking on the cream background. Hand-painted accents frame the scene: a golden geometric sun with tapered rays in the corner, two dangling feathers with striped barb details, sprigs of desert wildflowers and seed pods along the lower edges, and scattered gold star sparkles and dots across the sky. The palette suits a bohemian third birthday party, a wildflower celebration, a desert-ranch gathering or any event under the wide open sky, and pairs beautifully with linen tablecloths, dried blooms, pampas grass, terracotta pots, kraft paper goods and cream stationery. The matching set carries the same watercolor language across a welcome sign, coloring sheet, scavenger hunt, bingo cards and thank-you note, so the whole party reads as one handcrafted collection. Whether printed flat or sent as a digital invitation, this wild and free birthday card brings a warm, sun-soaked, hand-painted feel that guests will remember long after the candles are blown out.
