About this design
Some birthdays go up, not over — and this red helicopter invitation treats turning six as a first flight. The artwork is a soft watercolor sky: a smiling red helicopter with a glowing tail, white clouds at the corners, and a single bold numeral hanging beneath its skids. The guest page stays in the same airspace. The honoree's name is set in the card's own flowing calligraphy over a dashed flight trail that ends in a tiny paper plane, and the big age numeral breathes under a soft gold halo. The details read like a flight log typed in a classic typewriter face, right down to the sky-blue-and-cloud-white dress code and the free street parking note. A boarding-pass ticket stamps every guest with the captain's own monogram seal, and the fixed cloud dock keeps Card, When, Where, and RSVP one tap away. Even the countdown is a flight-status board in sky, red, navy, and gold, ticking toward takeoff on its own. The page ends the way every good flight does — at the gate. A boarding pass ticket with a red GATE OPEN stamp leads to the reply button, the only dark panel on an otherwise cloud-bright page. The venue, date, and host line are ready to personalize. Rotors on, seatbelts on, and one very excited captain waiting at the controls.
