About this design
This vintage watercolor baseball invitation carries a classic Americana lineup: a flowing navy script headline reading Home Run Seven, a big beveled watercolor 7 that owns the center field of the card, and a worn leather glove cradling a baseball with red stitching running along the bottom border like the seams of the ball itself. The palette stays true to old ballpark style — cream parchment paper, deep navy ink, warm leather brown and a single vintage red accent — so it photographs beautifully and suits both a backyard game and a rented party space. Designed for a seven-year-old slugger's birthday, it works for any baseball-loving kid who is turning seven, whether the party is a first trip to a real ballpark, a pizza-and-ballgame sleepover, or a neighborhood game with the whole team invited. The matching guest page carries the same scoreboard spirit: a navy outfield scoreboard counts down the days, the lineup of details covers date, time, venue, RSVP-by, dress code and parking in one glance, and the RSVP pass is the page's own dugout ticket. Hosts can personalize the name, age, date and venue in seconds, and guests reply online with a simple yes, no or maybe. A practical tip for baseball parties in September: schedule the party earlier in the day while the sun is still warm, and have a backup plan for rain — a covered pavilion or a living-room movie with the game on saves the day.
