About this design
This terracotta line-art birthday invitation turns a classic celebration into a hand-inked keepsake. The card is drawn in a single warm ink voice: a two-tier cake with six lit candles sits beside a stack of wrapped gifts, a sprig in a small vase anchors the middle, and four-pointed sparkle stars drift through the header like pencil dust caught in the light. Everything is rendered in monochromatic terracotta line work on warm cream paper, so the whole design reads as one confident, hand-finished sketch rather than a collage of clip art. The headline is a flowing monoline script that says let's Celebrate, with the milestone set in an elegant transitional serif underneath, keeping the invitation equally at home in a boutique studio aesthetic and a cozy family gathering. The guest page picks up that same voice: the honoree name is set in the card's script, the age becomes a large copper-foil numeral with a slow shimmer pass, and a hand-taped sketch-page mat frames the card as a physical artifact. It carries a live countdown, a real map with directions, an add-to-calendar link, and a reply section styled as the page's only deep-ink panel, complete with a drawn wax-seal ring. Because the art is hand-drawn line work rather than photography, it prints beautifully and adapts to any theme color you choose. It suits a 21st birthday, an elegant dinner party, or a warm milestone celebration where the host wants something personal, tactile, and quietly artistic. Guests simply open the link, check the countdown, and reply in a few taps.
