About this design
A birthday invitation that reads like a child's treasure map come to life. This hand-drawn crayon pirate theme is built around warm white paper, crayon red, bright blue and gold doubloon accents, with the party details printed on frosted parchment cards that float over a scenic ocean backdrop. The brush-lettered name, bold crayon numeral with a thick black outline, and X-marks-the-spot countdown carry the theme from the first glance to the final RSVP. The location section is drawn as a treasure map with a compass rose, and the reply card closes the page as a dark treasure chest panel with a wax X seal. Everything — the gold coin atmosphere, the pennant bunting, the self-drawing dashed treasure routes, the stamped detail rows — is drawn in the same hand, so the page feels like one continuous sketchbook spread. On phones the whole spread keeps its hand: the doubloon countdown, the dashed routes and the drifting coins stay light at every size, and a fixed map-and-anchor dock carries guests between the card, the countdown, the treasure map and the reply panel. Invite guests by email or text, collect yes-no-maybe replies, and count down to the big day in style. Every element is customizable after purchase: swap the name, date, venue and message, or restyle the palette to match any party colour scheme, then duplicate the theme for siblings or reuse it year after year — the crayon world simply rebuilds itself around whatever name the next captain signs with.
