Categories that make sense
Mains, appetizers, sides, desserts, drinks, supplies — six to start, and add your own for décor, games, whatever your day needs.
Bring a dish
Build an online potluck sign-up sheet for dishes, drinks and supplies, with a quantity for each item. Guests claim what they'll bring during RSVP, and you and your co-hosts can see who's covering each need. This is the bring list for guests' contributions; use the menu for the food you're serving.

How it works
Set out what the party needs — pick a category, name the item, say how many — and your bring list is ready. Turn it on and every guest gets an optional moment on the RSVP to grab something, so the whole spread comes together while you plan.
From a blank table to a full one
Category, item, how many. Add the green salad, the bag of ice, the folding chairs — the stepper handles anything you need several of.
Everyone sees the list grouped by category and taps "I'll bring this." Something that needs a few? They pick how many and can leave a note like "gluten-free."
Each item shows what's covered and who's got it. A fully-claimed dish reads as taken, so it can never be grabbed twice.
Everyone loves bringing a piece of the party. Nobody loves bringing the third bowl of potato salad.
Always in hand
Watch the list fill in as guests claim — each item marked covered or "3 of 4, one to go," with the name beside it (only you see the names; guests just see what's still open). Need to even things out? Adjust a quantity, reassign a dish, or sign up the friend who told you in person — every change you make is quietly marked, so you can tell your edits from guests' own sign-ups.
The details
Potluck or backyard BBQ, baby shower or class party — anywhere guests pitch in.
Mains, appetizers, sides, desserts, drinks, supplies — six to start, and add your own for décor, games, whatever your day needs.
No separate link, no sign-up. Guests grab an item as they reply yes — or from your live invitation page any time after.
Adjust quantities, reassign a dish, remove a claim, or drop in a bringer yourself. The list bends to how the day actually shapes up.
Download the whole spread as a clean PDF — handy for a last check the night before, or to take along.
Divide & delight
A claim-an-item list so nobody doubles up on chips — the potluck sorts itself out.

Common questions
No. The bring list is part of the RSVP — guests tap "I'll bring this" as they reply, with nothing to install and no sign-up. They can also claim from your live invitation page later, and change or drop what they picked.
Only up to the number you asked for. If you need one green salad, the first claim covers it and it shows as taken. Want several? Set the quantity higher and the item stays open until it's filled.
The menu is where guests choose which dish you're serving them. What to bring is where guests sign up to bring something themselves — the right tool for a potluck or a bring-your-own gathering. You can run either, or both.
No. What to bring is included on every plan. Invitation sending is priced by guest count.
Yes. Co-hosts can build and tend the list right alongside you — adjusting quantities, reassigning items and adding bringers. Only you, the owner, control the money and the event itself; co-hosts can view the plan and receipts, just not buy upgrades or change them.
Yes — one tap gives you a PDF of the whole bring list, grouped by category, to check the night before or hand to whoever's helping set up.
