Analytics is one place for your whole event: how your invited guests have answered, how your invitations travelled, and what is happening across the rest of your event. It only shows real numbers, and where something can't be measured it says so.
Where to find it
Open your event and choose Analytics — in the top row of sections on a computer, or from your Home toolkit on a phone. You can also jump there from the Full funnel link on the delivery strip in the Guests tab.
Analytics opens as a window with six sections down the side: Overview, Funnel, Replies, Delivery, Export and Help.
Two units, always labeled
- Parties — one row on your guest list: a guest and the plus-ones they bring. Reply rates, the funnel and "awaiting" all count parties.
- People — everyone who is coming, plus-ones counted. The Coming number and Event Day check-ins count people.
So "116 parties attending" and "240 people coming" can both be right at once — every number says which unit it is in.
Overview
The Overview is the whole event at a glance:
- Reply rate — how many of your invited parties have answered.
- Coming — people, plus-ones counted. If guests answered through your shared link, they are included here.
- The next step — how many parties haven't replied, with a button to review them on your guest list.
- The invitation funnel in one line — Invited, Delivered, Opened, Replied, Attending, Checked in. See every stage opens the full funnel.
- Across your event — one card for each part of your event that has activity: Messages, Event Day check-ins, your Event Checklist, the Expense Tracker, Gallery, Playlist, Ask, Quiz, What to bring, keepsake answers and thank-yous. Each card shows the same numbers as that section's own screen, and Open takes you there. Parts you've turned on that have nothing yet are listed in one line; parts you haven't turned on don't appear.
Funnel
The full funnel follows your invited list from top to bottom:
- Invited — every party on your guest list.
- Delivered — invitations that reached an inbox or phone (bounces excluded).
- Opened — email invitations that were opened.
- Replied — parties who answered, split into attending, maybe and declined.
- Attending — parties coming, with the people count (plus-ones included) underneath.
- Checked in — parties who were checked in on the day at the check-in kiosk.
Each stage shows its count, its share of the invited list, and its share of the stage before it. If people replied through your shared link without being on your list, they are noted once under the funnel and listed in the guest-by-guest table — they don't change the funnel's percentages.
Guest by guest
Under the funnel, every guest has a row with their channel, delivery, open, reply and check-in. A dash (—) means "not yet" or "can't be tracked". The filter chips double as action lists:
- Delivered, not opened — the email landed, it hasn't been opened, and they haven't replied.
- Opened, no reply — they've seen it and still haven't answered.
- No reply yet — everyone still awaiting.
- Bounced — the latest send failed and needs a second look.
On a reminder list, Remind non-responders opens your guest list filtered to the same people, where a reminder goes only to guests who haven't replied. See Resending invitations and sending RSVP reminders.
Replies
A ring showing how your invited list has answered, in parties, and a 14-day chart of when replies arrived, by your own time zone.
Delivery
What bounced or went unopened, with the next step for each, then how your invited parties were reached — email, text or link — and how each channel is pulling replies.
Export
Export CSV downloads one row per party: party size, channel, whether an invitation ever reached them, the latest send's outcome, opens (blank for text and link guests), their reply, people attending, and check-in. Owners and co-hosts can download it.
Honest by design
- Opens are email only, and a hint rather than proof. Texts and links can't report an open, and some mail apps (Apple Mail, for one) report an open on their own. Replies can outrun opens for the same reason.
- Your guests' own RSVP confirmation emails don't count as delivery. Delivery and opens follow the invitations, reminders and messages you send.
- Numbers are current when the page loads. Use Refresh on the Export section, or reload the page, for the latest.
- Some things aren't tracked yet. Visits to your invitation page and taps on gift links are not recorded, so Analytics doesn't show them.
Common questions
Why is a later stage bigger than an earlier one? Almost always because some guests were reached by text or a shared link and replied without an open being recorded.
Do the numbers match my Guests tab? Yes — Analytics reads the same guest list. The reply rate, awaiting and coming numbers match the Guests tab and Home; check-ins match Event Day. Each card under Across your event matches its own section's screen.
Who should I remind? Use the guest-by-guest filters. "Opened, no reply" and "No reply yet" are your best reminder lists.
