You don't need an account to RSVP — the invitation link is always enough. But if you create one (or already have one from hosting), InviteBird gathers everything you've been invited to on one page.
Where it lives
Sign in and open Invited to in the dashboard menu, or the I'm a guest tile on your dashboard (/dashboard/guest). Any sent invitation addressed to your account's email appears automatically as a card — no codes to enter, nothing to claim. Events still ahead come first, soonest first; past and canceled events follow.
When an invitation is still waiting for your answer, a small number beside Invited to in the menu tells you how many.
If the page is empty, it simply means no sent invitation carries your email yet — check that the host used the same address you sign in with.
What each card shows
Each card shows the event, when it is, the place, who's hosting, and a chip that says where things stand:
| Chip | What it means | Buttons |
|---|---|---|
| Reply needed | The event is still ahead and you haven't answered. | Reply now, Message the host |
| You're going, Maybe or Not going | Your current answer. | See invitation, Change your reply, Message the host |
| Canceled | The host canceled the event. | Message the host |
| Past | The event is over. | Photos, Thank-you page, Message the host |
- Reply now and See invitation open the invitation itself.
- Message the host opens a private thread between you and the host of that event. A number on the button shows unread replies.
- Change your reply opens the page where you can change your answer, meals, party size and anything else the host is collecting. See Changing a response for the rules.
- Photos opens the event's shared photo album, and Thank-you page the host's page for after the party.
Co-hosting instead?
If someone added you as a co-host rather than a guest, the events you help run live under Co-hosting (/dashboard/cohost). Invites waiting for your answer show there too, with Accept and Decline. Co-hosts can do everything the host can, except cancel or delete the event, change co-hosts or pay for upgrades.
Good to know
- The dashboard matches invitations by email. If a host invited a different address of yours, ask them to update your guest entry and the event will appear.
- Everything here works without the dashboard too — the invitation link in your email or text always opens the event directly.
- Need help with the platform itself? Use the contact page.
