About this design
This first birthday invitation is drawn entirely in crayon style, built around a hand-drawn fire truck with a siren on top, printed in fire-engine red with gold badge details and black crayon outlines on a cream card. The honoree's name sits in flowing calligraphy beneath a red-and-gold station badge, and the page around the card carries the same hand-made feel: drifting embers, soft clouds, and gold star-dots on a ruled notebook ground. The countdown is staged as engine lights - four red beacon cells with gold blinkers counting the days, hours, minutes and seconds until the party - and the details unfold as a dispatch log with rows for the date, time, venue, RSVP date, dress code and parking. The message card reads like a memo from the chief, and the reply section is staged as a station ticket with perforated edges and a red-and-gold RSVP seal. Every drawn icon on the page - the fire badge, the siren, the helmet, the hydrant, the ladder, the flame - is a restatement of the card's own world, drawn at one stroke weight so the page reads as one hand. Built for a host who wants a playful, hand-made invitation that still reads clearly on a phone, with a fixed bottom nav for the truck, the countdown, the location and the RSVP.
