About this design
This eighth birthday invitation is drawn entirely in crayon style, built around a world of smiley bubbles: a large purple numeral crowns the card art, with pink and sky-blue bubbles floating over a cream ground. The honoree's name sits in flowing calligraphy beneath a bubble badge, and the page around the card carries the same hand-made feel: rising bubble rings drift up the screen in the card's own purple, pink and sky palette, and every panel is a frosted sticker with a hard crayon shadow. The countdown is staged as four sticker cells counting the days, hours, minutes and seconds until the party, and the details unfold as a bubble-manifest with rows for the date, time, venue, RSVP date, dress code and parking. The reply section is staged as a bubble party ticket with punched notch edges, a giant smiley bubble mascot wearing an RSVP ribbon, a ghost BUBBLES watermark and a rubber-stamp 'Pop In!' badge. Every drawn icon on the page - bubble clusters, a bubble clock, a bubble pin, a speech bubble, a bubble wand star - is a restatement of the card's own world, drawn at one stroke weight so the page reads as one hand. Built for a host who wants a playful, hand-made invitation that still reads clearly on a phone, with a fixed bottom dock for the bubble, the countdown, the location and the RSVP.
