About this design
Celebrate the first big milestone with a panda playtime invitation that feels like a hand-drawn storybook page. The name is set in a soft Pacifico brush script, just like the lettering on the card itself, while the milestone numeral is drawn in a crayon-sketched Cabin Sketch face and finished with a green-to-purple gradient foil. Around it, a Patrick Hand handwriting voice carries every kicker and sign-off, from the Bear Essentials details to the paws-up RSVP. The page is built as a bamboo day-pass booklet: the invitation sits in a taped storybook mat with a punched Admit One stub beneath it, a panda mascot peeks over the card's edge, and a paw-print ticker counts down the days in bamboo-strip cells. Bamboo leaves drift over a soft photographic grove, paw-print motes rise slowly, and a subtle paper grain keeps the storybook texture honest. All six details rows — date, time, venue, RSVP by, dress code and parking — are drawn as a stamped manifest with a commissioned icon family: a bamboo calendar, a paw-print clock, a den marker, a stamped envelope, a party hat and a parking sign, each badge carrying one tiny paw accent so the set reads as one hand. The countdown cells hang together like a single bamboo cane, each node holding its digits above a paw-touched leaf, and the numbers pop once on every tick. The RSVP closes the page as the only dark panel — a deep violet grove with a pressable paw seal that stamps a pink ring on tap, a conic sheen circling the seal like light on polished bamboo. Every effect comes from the panda world: nothing here would suit any other card, and that is exactly the point.
