Guests and RSVPs
Add, import and edit guests, handle plus-ones, and see every reply, headcount and meal pick — the same live list you see.
Share the load
Co-host an event with up to five people and share the planning from the same host desk. Invite them by email, and they use their own free accounts to help with the guest list, messages, menu, seating, playlist and checklist. Purchases, the co-host team, canceling or deleting the event, and clearing a whole planning list stay with you as the owner.

A real partner
A co-host isn't a viewer with read-only access — they're a near-equal partner. Once they accept, they can edit the invitation, run the guest list, send the updates, and tend every module you've turned on. Treat a co-host as someone you trust to run the event beside you, because that's exactly what they can do.
What they run
Add, import and edit guests, handle plus-ones, and see every reply, headcount and meal pick — the same live list you see.
Reply to guest questions and send updates from the shared inbox, so answers never wait on one person being free.
Menu, seating, the playlist, the quiz, the photo album — and on the night, the same Event Day controls you have. A co-host can set up and run every module the event uses.
Hand a co-host checklist tasks and their initial appears on each one. A Mine filter shows them just their share of the plan.
The load is lighter when it's shared — and a party planned by two hands always feels warmer than one.
How they join
In your team list, enter their email — or use Make co-host on someone already on your guest list. InviteBird sends the invitation right away.
They open the email link and sign in with that same address, or answer it from their own dashboard. If the link runs out, Send again brings it back.
They land on the event's dashboard under events you help run, and can start managing guests, messages and modules straight away.
Where the line falls
Co-hosts run the day-to-day; a few decisions stay with you as the owner. Canceling the event, deleting it, and managing who's on the co-host team are yours alone. Only you pay for sending, buy upgrades or turn on auto-upgrade, on your own card. Co-hosts can view the plan and receipts, just not purchase anything, and which RSVP emails land in your inbox is your call too. They can remove individual tasks and expenses, while clearing the whole checklist or starting expenses fresh stays with you.

Add co-hosts and split the work — everyone stays in sync without anyone stepping on toes.

Common questions
No. Co-hosting is free, and your co-host doesn't need a paid plan of their own — they're helping run your event. Adding co-hosts never costs anything and never requires an upgrade.
Up to five per event, on every plan. The count includes accepted co-hosts and invites still waiting (an expired invite doesn’t count), and you can add them before or after you’ve sent.
Co-hosts can't cancel or delete the event, change the co-host team, make purchases, turn on auto-upgrade, or clear the whole checklist or expense list. They can view the plan and receipts and manage individual tasks and expenses. Only you choose which RSVP emails reach your inbox.
No. A co-host only ever sees the specific event you invited them to — kept separate on their dashboard from anything they host themselves. They never see your wider account or your saved payment details.
Yes, a free one. To accept, they sign in — or create a free account — using the exact email you invited, which is how InviteBird links them to your event. There's nothing to buy.
Yes. As the owner you can Remove an accepted co-host or Cancel an invite from your team list at any time. Their access ends immediately, and they stay on your guest list.
Yes. A co-host can choose Leave on their own row in the team list at any time. Their access ends, you get a notification, and they stay on your guest list.
