Here's how to find a design you love and turn it into your own invitation. You can browse the whole catalog freely — you're only asked to sign in when you're ready to personalize one.

Steps

  1. Open the template studio. Browse the full catalog of invitation designs.
  2. Filter by category. Narrow the catalog to the occasion you're planning — birthdays, weddings, showers, and many more — using the category links.
  3. Search by keyword. Type what you're picturing — a theme, a color, or an occasion — to jump straight to matching designs.
  4. Open a design to preview it. Select any card to see it full-size, read its description, and view the whole matching suite.
  5. Click Personalize. InviteBird makes your own editable copy and opens it in the editor, where you can change anything you like.

What your guests will see

The design you pick is the starting point for what your guests receive. You can adjust every part of it before anyone sees it.

Limits and important details

  • Every template is a starting point — nothing is locked. You can change the text, colors, images, and background once it's yours.
  • Choosing and editing a design is free; you only pay when you send.
  • Browsing doesn't require an account — you sign in only when you click Personalize.
  • Many designs come as a matching suite, so coordinated pieces like backgrounds and thank-you cards share the same look.
  • Some designs include an optional envelope that opens when guests view the invitation. You can keep it or send a still card instead.
