InviteBird is an online studio for event invitations. You choose a design, personalize it, send it to your guests by email or text, and track every reply from one place — no printing, no spreadsheets, and no app for your guests to download.

What you can do

  • Design a card from a large catalog of templates, then make it yours — change the wording, colors, photos, and details.
  • Invite your guests by email or phone number, or reuse a list from a past event.
  • Collect RSVPs as guests reply, including their plus-ones and meal choices.
  • Manage the event with built-in tools: messaging, a photo album, seating charts, menus, polls, and trivia. Every tool is included with every plan.

How it works

Creating an invitation happens in a few short steps — Design, Details, Guests, Plan, and Review — and then you send. Building is completely free; you pay once, per event, only at the moment you send. There is no subscription for events.

What it costs

Plans are sized to how many guests you expect at the door, and each one includes every feature plus a photo album and a year of album hosting:

  • Nest — up to 25 guests, $9.99
  • Hatch — up to 50 guests, $24.99
  • Flight — up to 100 guests, $49.99
  • Soar — up to 250 guests, $89.99
  • Open Sky — up to 750 guests, $149.99
  • Horizon — unlimited guests, $349.99

These are founding-host prices, currently half off the regular rate. Guests are counted at the door, so a guest and their plus-ones all count toward your plan — and every plan adds a free 10-guest cushion on top.

What your guests see

Guests receive a link by email or text. They open the invitation, read the details, and reply — no account or sign-in needed. Their answers appear on your host desk in real time.
