Most InviteBird hosts pay per event. If you run many events a year — a venue, a planning studio, a school, or a congregation — a business plan is usually the better fit. One annual plan covers a set number of events, each with unlimited guests, and your albums stay live for as long as you're subscribed.

The four business plans

Business plans are billed once a year and are sized by how many events you run:

Plan Events per year Price Per event
Perch 10 events $250 $25
Colony 25 events $500 $20
Aviary 50 events $1,000 $20
Sky unlimited events $2,000 one flat year

Every event on a business plan carries unlimited guests, so you never think about tier sizes or guest limits per event. One send is one event.

What's included

Business events get everything a per-event plan includes — every design, RSVP and messaging, menus and seating, day-of tools — with two differences that matter for a busy calendar:

  • Unlimited guests on every event. There's no per-event guest cap to watch and no per-event upgrade to buy.
  • Albums stay live while you're subscribed. Instead of the one included hosting year that per-event albums get, a business event's shared album stays online for as long as your plan is active, and each event's album holds up to 500 photos. See Photo pack and album hosting.

When you send an event that a business plan covers, there's no charge at send — the event simply draws one credit from your plan for the year.

How events are counted

One send is one event. Building drafts, previewing, and editing never use a credit — only sending does. On Perch, Colony, and Aviary, your plan covers that many sends across the year; Sky covers as many as you like. Albums for events you've already sent keep hosting for as long as the subscription runs.

Billing and renewal

Business plans are annual subscriptions, which makes them the exception to InviteBird's usual "pay once per event" model. They renew automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. If we ever change subscription prices, we give you advance notice before the change takes effect.

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Canceling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period — your plan stays active through the end of the year you've already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The full policy is in our Terms of Service.

Getting set up

You can start a business plan from the pricing page — choose Perch, Colony, Aviary, or Sky and continue through secure checkout while signed in. If business checkout isn't available for your account yet, the page invites you to write to info@invitebird.com and we'll set you up directly.

Common questions

How many guests can a business event have? Every event on a business plan carries unlimited guests, so you never buy a per-event plan or upgrade.

Do drafts or previews use up an event credit? No. Only sending an event counts. You can build and preview as many drafts as you like.

What happens to my albums if I cancel? Albums stay live while your plan is active. If you cancel, plan hosting ends when the paid period does — download anything you want to keep before then.

Is a business plan really per year, not per event? Yes. Unlike the per-event plans, a business plan is an annual subscription that renews until you cancel.

We run more events than Sky's list — what then? Sky already covers unlimited events. If you have unusual needs — many simultaneous teams, for instance — write to info@invitebird.com and we'll help.

Can I switch from per-event to a business plan? Yes. Start the business plan from the pricing page; from then on, new sends draw from your plan instead of charging per event.
