The keepsake bundle is a single, one-time purchase that helps you hold onto an event after it's over — the photos, the hosting, and a printable guest book of everything your guests wrote. It's built for the days right after your celebration, when you want to keep it all rather than let the album wind down.
What's in the bundle
For $34.99, the keepsake bundle folds three things together:
- One more year of album hosting — your shared album stays online for another 365 days.
- The 500-photo pack — the album's room jumps from 100 to 500 photos, if you don't already have it.
- A guest-book keepsake PDF — a printed-style book with every reply and every wish your guests left, ready to save or print.
Bought separately, those add up to about a $42.97 value, so the bundle is the more economical way to keep everything.
Where to find it
The bundle lives in two natural places: your event's Downloads area (the print shop) and the Post-event tab, both in a band titled "Keep this event forever." Choose Get the bundle, and you'll go through the same secure checkout used for the rest of InviteBird. You can apply a gift card or coupon code right on the bundle before you pay. It never pops up over your work — the offer waits where keepsakes belong.
After the event wraps, we may also send a gentle email pointing you to the bundle — following that link drops you straight onto the offer.
After you buy it
Once the bundle is yours, the same band changes to "Yours to keep." It confirms that album hosting is extended a year and the 500-photo pack is active, and it gives you a Guest book PDF button to download your keepsake whenever you want. You can re-download the guest book any time from that spot.
Who can buy it
The keepsake bundle is for paid, per-event events. A couple of notes:
- It extends a paid event, so you'll pay for the event itself first.
- It isn't offered on business plans, where albums already hold 500 photos and stay live while you're subscribed.
- If an album's photos have already been removed after its hosting and grace window closed, the bundle is no longer available — there's nothing left to extend.
Common questions
How much is the keepsake bundle? $34.99, one time. It bundles another album year, the 500-photo pack, and the guest-book PDF, which is a better deal than buying them separately.
What's in the guest book? A printed-style PDF with every RSVP reply and the notes and wishes your guests left, laid out to save or print as a memento.
Do I need it if I already have the 500-photo pack? You'll still get the extra hosting year and the guest-book PDF. The bundle simply includes the pack for anyone who doesn't already have it.
Can I use a gift card or coupon on the bundle? Yes. The bundle checkout has the same Have a gift card or code? field as the rest of InviteBird. See Gift cards and codes.
Is the bundle available forever? It's available while your album still exists. Once an album's hosting ends and its 90-day grace window passes without renewal, the photos are gone and the bundle can no longer be purchased — so grab it while the album is live. See Photo pack and album hosting.
